I was avoiding the scale, unmotivated, frustrated, disappointed in myself and starting to feel the effects of my poor health choices and the extra weight I was carrying.

As far as exercise goes, there is not a required fitness plan.  As a matter of fact, I only walked a few days a week.

But, more importantly, I feel better about myself and have so much more energy to do all the things that I want to do.
